Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushroom, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place the tortillas between two wet paper towels, wrap them in foil, and heat them in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 200°f.
  • 2 in a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of the vegetable oil over medium heat.
