Breakfast Bran Muffins

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups quaker low fat honey bran muffin mix
  • 1 1/8 cups water
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1 cup baby carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup golden raisin

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over and lightly spary your muffin pans.
  • 2 use a processor to chop the apple and carrots into small pieces, or use a knife.
  • 3 mix all ingredients until blended.
  • 4 fill cups 2/3 full.
  • 5 bake for 20-22 minutes.
  • 6 remove from pan when cool.
