Breakfast Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup flax seed
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • 2 press into a foil lined 9 inch square pan.
  • 3 chill for 30 minutes.
  • 4 cut into 12 bars and wrap in plastic.
