Breakfast Banana (split South Beach Diet Phase 2)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 ounces no-sugar-added nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ounce low sugar whole grain cereal, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 cut banana in half. top with yogurt and sprinkle on cereal.
