Ingredients

- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 2 limes, juice of
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 lbs skirt steaks, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 onions, sliced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients. marinate overnight.
- 2 remove meat from marinade and grill. simultaneously grill sliced onions.
