Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 cups roasted salted cashews
Recipe
- 1 stir first 6 ingredients together in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- 2 when butter mixture bubbly, add cashews and stir until hot and coated, (about 3 to 4 minutes).
- 3 spread on paper towels to cool.
