Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 medium cabbage, cored and chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, add onion and stir fry 2 minute.
- 2 add carrots, cabbage, salt and celery seed.
- 3 cover and cook over med. heat 10 minutes.
- 4 stir occasionally.
- 5 stir in the lemon juice.
