Banana Biscuits (gluten-free)

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 -4 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
- 2 sift all this together add 2 medium large ripe, well-mashed bananas (3/4 cup - 1 cup) mix well.
- 3 add chick pea flour until the dough is just barely not sticky, and drop onto oiled baking sheet.
- 4 bake for 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
