Banana Biscuits (gluten-free)

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 -4 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
  • 2 sift all this together add 2 medium large ripe, well-mashed bananas (3/4 cup - 1 cup) mix well.
  • 3 add chick pea flour until the dough is just barely not sticky, and drop onto oiled baking sheet.
