Ingredients
- 14 ounces water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/3 cups mixed dried fruit
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Recipe
- 1 coarsely grind nuts in blender. put all ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. set the breadmaker to "whole wheat" cycle.
