Breakfast Bars

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 large)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or 1/2 cup karo syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (or raisens or chocolate chips)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f combine mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. in another bowl combine remaining ingreds. add to banana mixture. add berries, raisen or choc. chips.
  • 2 use large scoop and drop about 3 inches apart. flatten just a bit. bake for 14-16 minutes.
