Breakfast Bars

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup flour, all purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla.
  • 2 seperately, combine flour, oats, and salt, then add to egg/sugar mixture.
  • 3 stir in raisins and walnuts.
  • 4 drop by tablespoonfuls parchment lined baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes, or until set.
  • 5 optional: press mixture into greased or parchment lined baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set, cutting into bars for serving.
