Ingredients

- 1/2 banana, split lengthwise
- 1/8 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/8 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt
- splenda no calorie artificial sweetener, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon whole grain cereal (such as kashi go lean crunch)
Recipe
- 1 lay banana in a shallow bowl, with each half curving inward.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, and splenda®.
- 3 spoon mixture between bananas. top with berries, caramel, and cereal.
- 4 tip: you can substitute any kind of berries in this recipe.
