Breakfast Banana Split

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 banana, split lengthwise
  • 1/8 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/8 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt
  • splenda no calorie artificial sweetener, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain cereal (such as kashi go lean crunch)

Recipe

  • 1 lay banana in a shallow bowl, with each half curving inward.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, and splenda®.
  • 3 spoon mixture between bananas. top with berries, caramel, and cereal.
  • 4 tip: you can substitute any kind of berries in this recipe.
