Braised Lamb Chops

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown lamb chops in olive oil, turning to brown on both sides.
