Braised Lamb Chops In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless lamb chop (4 chops)
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup beef broth, divided
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- 2 spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
- 3 heat; add chops; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 turn chops; cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5 in small bowl, mix 1/2 cup broth with barbecue sauce; pour over chops.
- 6 cover tightly; simmer for 10 minutes.
- 7 remove chops; keep warm.
- 8 in same bowl, mix remaining broth, milk, sour cream and flour.
- 9 beat until smooth.
- 10 pour into skillet, cook and stir on med heat for 2 minutes.
- 11 serve sauce over chops.
