Braised Lamb Chops In Sour Cream Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless lamb chop (4 chops)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup beef broth, divided
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  • 2 spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
  • 3 heat; add chops; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4 turn chops; cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 5 in small bowl, mix 1/2 cup broth with barbecue sauce; pour over chops.
  • 6 cover tightly; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 7 remove chops; keep warm.
  • 8 in same bowl, mix remaining broth, milk, sour cream and flour.
  • 9 beat until smooth.
  • 10 pour into skillet, cook and stir on med heat for 2 minutes.
  • 11 serve sauce over chops.
