Bob's Favorite Silk Pie

Ingredients

• 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, baking bar
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 3 eggs
• 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate in double broiler over hot (not boiling) water.
• 2 stir until smooth.
• 3 cool chocolate to room temperature.
• 4 combine butter and sugar in mixing bowl. beat until fluffy.
• 5 add chocolate and water. beat well.
• 6 add eggs one at at time beating well after each addition.
• 7 pour into pie shell.
• 8 chill until firm.
