Bobby's Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup grated monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 -3 tablespoons pimientos, minced
• 1 teaspoon grated onions or 1 teaspoon equivalent dried onion
• cracked black pepper
• 1 cup salt
• 1/4 cup black pepper
• 1/4 cup garlic powder

• 1 beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
