Bobbie's Cheesecake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 3 eggs
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 blend the above well.
• 2 spray the inside of a large springform pan with pam.
• 3 make a nice thick graham cracker crust following your favorite recipe and press into the pan.
• 4 then pour the cheesecake filling into the pan.
• 5 place a shallow pan of water on the lower rack of the oven, with the cheesecake on the upper rack directly above it, on the middle level of the oven.
• 6 (the steam in the oven prevents the cheesecake from cracking).
• 7 bake at 375°, for 30 min.
• 8 ,and then, without opening oven door, turn off the oven and leave cheesecake there until the oven is cold.
