Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 lb 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 lb 1/16 cup dark raisin
  • 1 lb 1/16 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 lb 1/2 granny smith apple, unpeeled, grated (or apple of choice)
  • 1 lb 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • slivered almonds
  • dried cranberries
  • dried tart cherry
  • green pumpkin seeds
  • cracked flax seed (pulsed in blender)

Recipe

  • 1 .combine all, cook with milk.
