Breakfast Bread, Bread Machine

Total Time: 3 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe

  • 1 follow your machine instructions, mine starts with the water first. add the wheat and rye flour next, with the yeast as the last item.
  • 2 set the machine for wheat bread, light or medium crust, 1.5lb loaf size.
