Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Recipe
- 1 follow your machine instructions, mine starts with the water first. add the wheat and rye flour next, with the yeast as the last item.
- 2 set the machine for wheat bread, light or medium crust, 1.5lb loaf size.
