Brandy Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, separated
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream, whipped
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg until stiff but not dry.
  • 2 fold in sugar and lightly beaten egg yolk.
  • 3 fold in cream, then brandy.
  • 4 serve with your christmas pudding.
