Bourbon Street Chicken (golden Corral Copycat)

Ingredients

- 1 lb dark chicken meat
- 4 ounces soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/2 cup jim beam
- 2 tablespoons white
Recipe
- 1 either pull apart or cut chicken meat into bite size chunks.
- 2 mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl.
- 3 cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight).
- 4 bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes.
- 5 remove chicken.
- 6 scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan.
- 7 heat, and add 2 tbs. white .
- 8 stir and add chicken.
- 9 cook for 1 minute and serve.
