Baked Eggs With Sour Cream

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 2 slices american cheese
• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1/4 cup half-and-half
• salt and pepper
• parsley
• toast

Recipe

• 1 cut cheese into thirds and arrange evenly on the bottom of an 8x8" dish greased with butter.
• 2 drop eggs on top of each piece of cheese and pour sour cream, diluted with the milk, around the eggs.
• 3 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
• 4 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
• 5 sprinkle with parsley and serve on toast.
